Dr. Teena has trained 8,000+ Corporate Professionals in different areas with over 21 years of training experience. Certified in General Management, PoSH, Design Thinking, HR Metrics and Analytics, Blockchain and Bitcoin, Emotional Intelligence, Machine Learning, Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0, she regularly designs and conducts new-age training programmes.

She is also an External Member of many PoSH Committees in organisations like CDAC, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and a member of CII’s HR-IR Committee. At NDIM, she is responsible for establishing international linkages and leading new strategic initiatives.

Prof. Parveen Kaur

Professor at New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM)

  • Prof. Parveen Kaur has 16 years of experience in teaching and training.
  • Her rich academic background involves MBA, UGC NET, DIP TD, MA Psychology and she has been associated with NDIM since August 2019. She has developed and conducted several training programmes for corporate across the industries, such as PoSH, Personality Development, Stress Management, Enhancing Managerial Effectiveness and Induction Training Programmes.
  • She has delivered training for renowned organisations including India Thermite Ltd., Stress Management Research Institute, Jamia Hamdard University and many more.

Areas of Expertise: PoSH, Fundamentals of Management, Human Resource Management and Performance Management.

Dr. Monica Verma

Professor at New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM)

Dr. Monica Verma has conducted several training sessions on leadership skills, effective teams and emotional intelligence for young entrepreneurs and public sector executives. She has significantly impacted training and assessments organized by IIT Delhi where she conducted psychometric assessment of corporate executives.

Dr. Verma was was one among the 40 Master Trainers for the Masters’ Trainers Programme for developing Academic Leaders under UKIERI, AICTE and Govt. of UK in 2021-22.

Her robust educational background includes a Ph.D. from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University and an MBA from IMS Ghaziabad, followed by 24+ years of rich teaching experience.
